Fantastic company. Strongly recommend if you need data retrieval. I required data retrieval from a usb stick that had snapped. The usb contained important data required for my thesis due in only a few weeks. I found this company online as all local ones had to send off products to a lab for repair and I wanted somewhere to do this in house. They offered to keep the office open a little longer as I had to drive an hour and a half to get there. The following morning I was sent an email saying they were working on retrieval and would update me with an estimated time frame as soon as possible. An hour later I was sent my data.
