When my laptop suddenly stopped working, Data Recovery Lab initially recovered data from the failed hard drive in two days. Other companies I contacted for help said it would take five to ten days. Also, it was possible to drop off the hard drive in person whereas most other companies offered drop off points or courier collection services, sending the hard drive to a remote recovery lab.
