I was also impressed with the computer specialist  who, much to my relief, was able to retrieve most of my data from my damaged external drive but also kept me informed.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My external HDD stopped even spinning, not to mention that I was unable to fetch any data out of it. Then I trusted it to the engineers in Data Recovery Lab and received a quote and comprehensive description of the following actions. In a few days heard from them upon successful assessment. In few more days got a confirmation that they’ve managed to restore every single file. I paid the invoice and collected a backup disk with the recovered data. All in all it took 10 days with the follow up from the Lab’s end. Recovering the data is costly indeed. I can only add up that finding the professionals of such high level with the deserved trustworthy reputation is a unique privilege.

This was not an easy task from what I understand, having enquired initially elsewhere, but Data Recovery Lab knew exactly what to do. The fee was also transparent and I cannot recommend enough.
